  • 1- Recorded Version: Access to a recording of the missed session (valid for 6 months).
  • 2- Credit Swap: Entry into a different upcoming webinar of the same price.

  • 3- On-Demand Archive: Access to a past recorded event of equal value.


  • Non-Refundable Scenarios


  • It is important to note the "No-Show" and "Digital Product" rules, which are quite strict:


  • Participant Absence: If you simply miss the webinar, no refund is provided.
  • Digital Goods: Once you purchase a digital product (like a transcript or a recording), it is considered "opened" and is non-returnable.
